When Play Spaces Need an Upgrade
Our current wooden playground structures have served our community well, but time and environmental testing have revealed concerns—including arsenic in the pressure-treated wood used decades before we understood its risks. Additionally, our existing design doesn't provide equal play opportunities for children of all abilities, leaving some families unable to fully enjoy this community treasure.

The new design beautifully balances safety, accessibility, and fun! Features include:
- Inclusive for All — Wheelchair-accessible areas, adaptive swings with shade coverage, and sensory-rich elements ensure every child belongs
- Modern Safety — Non-toxic materials and blue rubber safety surfacing replace arsenic-treated wood and create softer landings
- Creative Play Zones — From traditional swings to imaginative climbing structures, balance beams to group play elements
